Visigothic pseudo-imperial tremissis. Circa 6th century AD. Gold, 1.42g. 14.99 mm. Diademed and draped bust right, DN IVSTINI ANVS PF AVG. R. Victory walking right looking left holding wreath and globe, VICTORIA  ACVSTORVM. CONOB in ex. Probably dating to c.527-565 and minted in Southern Gaul or Northern Italy. 
Discussion: For the official prototype of Justinian from Constantinople cf. MIBE p.115, no. 19. This is a Merovingian or Gothic pseudo-Imperial issue produced during or soon after the reign of Justinian I. Coin has notable error in reverse legend shared on a number of coins  from the mint of Lyon, France, Northern Italy under the Ostrogoths and Rome. Recorded on the PAS database: KENT-008E1B.
